How It Works

Three steps from brief to delivery

01

Paste your brief

Drop in a client email, spec document, or requirements — raw text or file, doesn't matter.

02

AI extracts the tasks

No more manual parsing. BuildoraIO reads the full context and surfaces only what needs building.

03

Track & ship faster

One categorized checklist linked to your pages. Inspect the live site, fix the gaps, hand off clean.

Built around how you actually work

Three capabilities that turn chaos into shipped code.

Client Briefs to Clean Code

Extracts structured Webflow layout actions directly from raw customer text or emails. Paste a client brief and get actionable developer steps mapped to your project.

Component & Route Tracking

Maps tasks directly to targeted pages, collection templates, and global layout blocks. Know exactly which part of your Webflow build each requirement affects — no guesswork.

AI-Powered Site Inspector

Paste your staging URL and get an instant Lighthouse audit distilled into 3–5 high impact fixes. No tab switching, no manual checking — just ship faster.

ROADMAP

Webflow-first, by design

Version 1.0 Beta is hyper-focused on optimizing workflows exclusively for Webflow Developers and Agency Engineers. We are perfecting this ecosystem first. In future major updates, BuildoraIO will expand to support the broader frontend and full-stack software development landscape.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is BuildoraIO a replacement for Jira or Linear?
Not exactly. BuildoraIO is hyper-focused on frontend execution and Webflow-specific agency delivery — client briefs, component mapping, and site auditing. Jira and Linear excel at cross-department corporate tracking. BuildoraIO fills the gap between raw requirements and shipped builds for Webflow-focused teams.
How does the AI context awareness work inside the workspace?
Every project workspace maintains a per-project context window aware of your active requirements, task histories, and scope lists. When you interact with the AI, it reads this surrounding context rather than running blind queries — so asking about a task automatically considers the related client brief and component structure.
Can I map tasks to specific files or layout components?
Yes. Each task can be attached directly to page routes, styles, or specific interaction modules. When you create or inspect a task, you can link it to a particular static page, collection template, or global component — making it clear exactly where in the Webflow project the work needs to happen.
What is the 'Site Inspector' feature used for?
Paste any staging or live URL into Site Inspector and it runs a systematic frontend audit against your initial project criteria. It generates a cross-reference checklist so you can verify the live build matches the requirements — broken layouts, missing meta tags, content gaps — all tracked inside your workspace.
Is there a limit on how many projects I can manage during the V1 Beta?
No limits. During the V1 Beta, you can create and manage as many projects as you need. Core capabilities remain fully unthrottled during our feedback collection phase. We want to see how real Webflow teams use BuildoraIO at scale before finalizing any tier structure.
Can I use the app completely as a Guest without creating an account?
Absolutely. Click 'Continue as Guest' on the homepage and you are dropped directly into the workspace with full dashboard access — no email, no password, no commitment. Your session is sandboxed immediately in browser local state so you can start managing projects in seconds.
How is my project data stored if I use Guest mode?
Guest data is stored in your browser's local state tied to a temporary anonymous session. It persists for the duration of your session but is not backed up to a cloud database. When you create a free account, you can migrate your guest workspace to persist everything server-side with full sync.
How often do you ship updates based on beta feedback?
We ship multiple times per week during V1 Beta. Bug reports are addressed within 24-48 hours of confirmation. Feature requests that align with our roadmap often land within the same sprint. Your feedback directly determines what we build next — we review requested capabilities weekly.
